What is Shabach?

The word Shabach is a hebrew word that simply means “Loud Praises” or “to make a loud noise or praise unto the LORD”. Steming from this meaning, SHABACH (the event) is a life changing, intimate, refreshing, worship experience presented annually by House On The Word. Located in West-Houston, House On The Word (HOTW) is a Spirit-Led, Word-Centered Worshipping Family with a Global Focus. What started as an annual choir concert in 2004 and hosted locally on the Church premises, has grown to become the largest local outreach presented by House On The Word, bringing life, hope and transformation to people and families in the city of Houston.
